Who we are

Cadova Ltd, trading as Bluequill, company no. 14975655, registered office 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact: hello@bluequill.co.uk.

What we collect and why

Booking a call. When you book a call, our booking page (Google Calendar appointment scheduling, provided by Google) collects your name, email address and any notes you add so that we can hold the meeting and follow up. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, and steps prior to entering a contract.

Emailing us. If you email us we keep the correspondence to deal with your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Website analytics. This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we use privacy-respecting, cookie-less analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) it records aggregate page views only and does not identify you.

Who we share it with

Google (calendar and email, Google Workspace) and Cloudflare (website hosting). We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else unless required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and meeting records: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case for the duration of our relationship and as required by law thereafter.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, or ask for it to be transferred. Email hello@bluequill.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Third-party pages you are taken to (for example the Google booking page) operate under their own privacy policies.
